How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date. Popular weekends and holidays in Stamford and Fairfield County tend to fill up quickly, but feel free to reach out for last-minute availability.
Do you travel outside Stamford, CT?
Yes. We’re based in Stamford and regularly serve events across Fairfield County and the New York metro area. Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service radius, which we’ll outline clearly in your quote.
What do you need from the venue?
We typically need a 8’x8’ space, access to a standard power outlet, and reasonable proximity to your main event area. If your venue has any unique layout constraints, we can coordinate directly with them ahead of time.
Do guests get physical prints?
Packages are primarily designed around high-quality digital delivery and instant sharing. If you’d like on-site printing, let us know when you inquire and we’ll include it as an upgrade option.
Are you insured?
Yes. Levels Entertainment Group LLC carries liability insurance and can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue upon request.
